Regular Scheduled Deliveries every quarter (Oct 2023, Jan 2024, Apr 2024, Jul 2024)--So make sure you stock up for the next 3 months.

Delivery Policies...the finer points
We review every order and reach out to customers if we foresee any concerns with the delivery.
 
For Local Delivery we prefer that you are home when your shots arrive. If you are not home, the shots/vials are good for up to 3 hours before requiring freezing.
Local Delivery is set up by zones and you will be contacted shortly after your order has been placed to schedule your delivery date and time.

 

Apartments and condos: The courier will leave the shipment at the front desk or with security. We will always provide a tracking number for shipments; however, it is your responsibility to retrieve the shipment and get it in the freezer without delay to avoid spoiling.

Rural Delivery: If you live in a rural area and the courier is not able to deliver to your address in the necessary timeframes (36 hours after shipping), we may have to cancel your order. Alternatively we may have to figure out alternate shipping arrangements--but we will find a way to get the shots to you.

PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO boxes.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Root Rescue Wellness purchase. If you receive your order and something’s not right, contact us at 647-972-2063 or info@rootrescuewellness.com within 48 hours of when you received your shipment.

We will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied.
