How we care for our Root Rescue Family (You!)

In order to protect the integrity of the product, our frozen wellness shots need to remain frozen. That means we ship by 2 methods.


Method 1: Local Delivery. We offer free delivery on orders more than $75 in the following regions:
Greater Toronto Area and Hamilton (GTHA)

  • Regional Municipality of Durham
  • Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Clarington, Uxbridge, Scugog, Brock
  • Regional Municipality of Halton
  • Oakville, Milton, Halton Hills
  • Regional Municipality of Peel
  • Brampton, Mississauga, Caledon
  • Regional Municipality of York
  • Aurora, East Gwillimbury, Georgina, King
  • Markham, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Whitchurch-Stouffville
  • Hamilton

Niagara Region

  • Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake,St. Catharines,Thorold, Welland

Waterloo Region

  • Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge

***COMING MARCH 2021****** Method 2: Via Courier. We offer free delivery on Fixed Boxes (Case of Harmony Shots or Case of Atomic Shots) in the following regions:

  • Greater Toronto Hamilton Area
  • Greater Golden Horseshoe (Inc Waterloo Region, Niagara Region)
  • Montreal
  • Quebec City

For Local Delivery we prefer that you are home when your shots arrive. If you are not home, the shots/vials are good for up to 3 hours before requiring freezing.


For Courier Delivery service we ship with enough ice packs stay to frozen for delivery plus a 6 hour window. We recommend shipping to the address where you will be during business hours the Wednesday and Thursday following your order.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We review every order and reach out to customers if we foresee any concerns with the delivery.


Local Delivery is set up by zones and you will be contacted shortly after your order has been placed to schedule your delivery date and time.


Courier Delivery is set up to ship out on Mondays and Tuesdays: That means your shots will arrive mid-week. You will receive your tracking number by e-mail when your order ships.


Receiving your Courier order: Because the product needs to be stored in the freezer right away, we ask that you have someone available to sign for your delivery when it arrives. If no one answers the door when the courier arrives, the shipment will be left at your door. We do not take responsibility for products that thaw and has not been signed off with the courier.

Apartments and condos: The courier will leave the shipment at the front desk or with security. We will always provide a tracking number for shipments; however, it is your responsibility to retrieve the shipment and get it in the freezer without delay to avoid spoiling.


Rural Delivery: If you live in a rural area and the courier is not able to deliver to your address in the necessary timeframes (36 hours after shipping), we may have to cancel your order. Alternatively we may have to figure out alternate shipping arrangements--but we will find a way to get the shots to you.

PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO boxes.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Root Rescue Wellness purchase. If you receive your order and something’s not right, contact us at 647-972-2063 or info@rootrescuewellness.com within 48 hours of when you received your shipment.


We will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied.
