6 Week Supplementation on Muscle Soreness (RRW2)

Effect of Offseason Root Rescue® Supplementation on Total Body Muscle Soreness.

We studied professional hockey players training in the offseason to test whether  6 weeks of Root Rescue® supplementation (containing 4.8 mg active curcuminoids, 15.7 mg active gingerols per shot influenced subjective measures of total body soreness, assessed on a Visual Analog Scale by 6 paired subjects 4 shots/week for 6 weeks (2021). 

 This study finds a significant reduction in self-reported whole body muscle soreness (specifically in Chest, Arms, Back, p<0.05) in  NHL hockey players during offseason training after consuming either 4-5 shots/week for a 6-week period.
