Harmony: Organic Turmeric and Ginger Shots

I’ve been using Root Rescue Wellness for over 3 years and can’t speak highly enough about it. A Harmony shot with hot water is a daily ritual for me and elite beet shots in my smoothies. Not only do I love the taste but I’ve enjoyed the health benefits. I started using them to help with recovery from running and the gym and noticed how much better I was feeling and how much quicker it felt like I was recovering from my workouts. Not feeling as sore after a workout helped me keep up the exercise. Even though I don’t get as much exercise as I used to these days, I still keep using the shots and keep getting more friends and family to use them as well.

My husband and I both got covid , I had been using this shot (Ginger and turmeric) before but as soon as I felt I'm getting sick I took the shot twice a day and asked my husband to do the same but unfortunately he did not listen . I got very mild symptoms but my husband ended up in hospital and I can truly say without any hesitation that this shot was my savior. I truly recommend this to everyone as part of your daily diet.

Started using the tumeric ginger shots in my smoothie to help with IBD Crohn's. Have one a few times a week and feeling great. Blend it up with frozen mango from Costco with coconut yoghurt and a banana. Love it!

I first tried the Harmony ginger turmeric shots after meeting Ravi and his daughter at my local health food store a couple of years ago. I really enjoy the taste and felt I was getting some anti inflammatory benefits but supply through my health foods store was unreliable so I would use it intermittently.

Now that I buy directly from Root Rescue I use the ginger turmeric shots every day and really notice a difference in inflammation in my joints and gut. I throw a frozen shot in my travel mug every morning, top it up with hot water , and take it to drink at work.

I often have another mug in the evening, sometimes with a little maple syrup, delicious!

My husband, Rohan and I have been using Root Rescue Harmony shots for years. We take a shot every morning to start off our day. Rohan enjoys the Harmony shot with simply hot water and he finds it sustains him as a quick breakfast. I prefer adding a Harmony shot to equal parts of hot water and cashew milk, a teaspoon of honey and a dash of cinnamon.

I have had chronic issues with tendonitis and I have torn both of my Achilles tendons over the years. Rohan has ongoing heart issues that he has to monitor. We are familiar with the anti-inflammatory properties of ginger and turmeric and wanted to see if it might make a difference for us. We started using the shots for different reasons and have both experienced positive results.

I have been taking the beet shot before running/cycling to help improve performance and find it helps control my heart rate. Another benefit is that it helps combat inflammation in body and improve overall health. I have been using the harmony and beet shot for the past year. I definitely recommend to take for anti-inflammatory nutrition and to help improve stamina.
