To make a Beat Tea Latte, you can add 1 Elite Beet Shot in your favourite hot dairy or non dairy beverage.
I have been using the tumeric ginger shots in my smoothie and love it. Sometimes I want to change the flavor, so the Elite Beet does the job, mixed with blueberries, coconut yoghurt and banana.

My husband and I are in our 50’s and started taking the Elite Beet shots in December 2020.
We both had close family members die in their 40’s and 50’s of cancer, thus we are trying to incorporate these shots as a daily regimen to allow some health promotion and protect us from diseases , by reducing inflammation in our bodies.
Our motivation was for prevention of chronic illnesses and to feel healthier.
What we have already noticed is some gastric soothing and calming effects at those times when we have had heartburn/indigestion.
